#1. Via Youtube App
You can create playlists in the Youtube application on Android and iPhone phones.
1. First, open the Youtube application on your cellphone.
2. If you are not logged in, please login first using a Google account.
3. Next, find the video that you want to save in the playlist. Once found, press the three-dot button to the right of the video title.
4. Then select the Save to playlist option. 
5. After that press the + NEW PLAYLIST button to create a new playlist.
6. Give a name to the playlist that you will create. In the privacy section, you can choose private or public. When finished, press the CREATE button.
7. Done, the playlist is ready. To add another video to the playlist, the trick is to find the video and press the 3 dots button, select the Save to playlist option and put a check on the name of the playlist you have created then press Done.
#2. Via Web Browser
For example, if you use a Huawei brand cellphone, you may not have the Youtube application. Well, to create a playlist, you can use the browser on your cellphone.
1. First, open the browser on your cellphone and open the Youtube.com site then please login using a Google account.
2. Find and open the video that you want to make a playlist.
3. Then press the Save button under the video title.
4. Then press the Create new playlist button.

6. Done, the playlist is ready. To add another video to the playlist, find the video and then press the Save button under the video title, select tick the name of the playlist you have created and press Save.
#3. Via Desktop Mode Web Browser
1. First, open the browser on your cellphone and open the Youtube.com site then please login using a Google account.
2. Then press the 3 vertical dots button at the top right of the screen, then tick the Desktop site option.
3. Find the video that you want to make a playlist.
4. After that press the 3 vertical dots button to the right of the title.
5. Then select the Save to playlist option.
6. Then press the Create new Playlist button at the very bottom.
7. Give a name to the playlist that you will create. In the privacy section, you can choose private or public. When finished, press the CREATE button.
8. Selesai, playlist sudah jadi. Untuk menambahkan video lain ke dalam playlist caranya adalah cari videonya lalu tekan tombol 3 titik vertikal yang ada di sebelah kanan judul video, pilih opsi Simpan ke playlist dan beri centang pada nama playlist yang telah kamu buat lalu tekan Simpan.

To open the playlist that you have created in the Youtube application on your cellphone, the way is to open the Youtube application and then press the Library menu in the menu at the bottom of the screen. The playlist you have created will appear in the center of the screen.
How to Open Youtube Playlists on Laptop
To open a Youtube playlist that you have created on your Laptop or Computer, the way is to go to the Youtube.com site and the list of playlists that you have created will appear on the left side of the screen.
