1. Open https://www.gmail.com with a web browser on your laptop then please login with your gmail account.

2. Then create a new email message by clicking the + Compose button in the top left corner.

3. After that, please fill in the email address of the destination and also the subject of the email.

4. Then insert the ZIP file that you have created into the email attachment. The trick is to click the button with the paperclip icon to the right of the Send button.

5. After that, please find and select the folder that has been compressed into the ZIP format that you have created and then click the Open button.

1. Open https://drive.google.com/ with a web browser on your laptop then please login first using your Google account.

2. Then click the + New button in the upper left corner.

3. In the menu that appears, please select the Folder upload option.

4. Then find and select the folder you want to upload and then click the Upload button.

5. If a warning appears “Upload… files to this site? This will upload all files from …. Only do this if you trust the site.” then click Upload to start the upload process.

7. After the upload is complete, find the folder you just uploaded. Right-click the folder name and select the Get shareable link menu.

8. Slide the slider in the Link sharing off section to the right so that the slider changes color to green and the text becomes Link sharing on.

9. Then copy the URL provided, the format is something like this https://drive.google.com/open?id=ID. This URL will be sent via email.

10. How to send a Google Drive folder is to include the URL of the folder that you copied earlier in the body of the email.
