OPPO has just released their latest interface based on Android 13, namely ColorOS 13. ColorOS 13 is here for OPPO users globally, by presenting a new aquamorphic design, as well as several new features.
The aquamorphic design is inspired by water, where ColorOS 13 presents a fluid and inclusive interface. This interface features a palette of color themes inspired by the changing color of light between sunrise and sunset on a new surface.
New Features in ColorOS 13
The layout of the menus in ColorOS 13 is displayed in a Card-Styled style, which is claimed to provide a concise and comfortable visual experience. In the Always On Display feature, there is an animation called “Homeland” with several characters of wild animals, which are adjusted to the temperature of the surrounding environment.
In terms of performance, ColorOS 13 features the Dynamic Computng Engine, which makes the system smoother and more stable. One of the most significant improvements in battery management, where the system will optimize power usage better to save more battery.
Another significant feature improvement is Multi-Screen Connect. It allows users to connect their OPPO smartphone device to their OPPO Pad device or PC.
The security aspect is also improved, there is an automatic feature to delete clipboard history, Auto Pixelate to automatically blur profile photos on screenshots, and Private Safe to store personal data with AES certification.
All security systems are subject to authoritative privacy and security authentication standards such as ePrivacy, TRUSTe, ISO27701, and ISO27001.
ColorOS 13 Release Schedule
OPPO will also soon release ColorOS 13 for 35 smartphone models in a year. This launch will start with Find X5 Pro and Find X5 with the official release of ColorOS 13 yesterday (18/8).
Meanwhile, the Reno8 Series circulating in Indonesia, namely the Reno8 Pro 5G will get a Beta version in September 2022, followed by Reno8 5G in October and closed Reno8 Z 5G and Reno8 in December 2022. OPPO will then continue to bring ColorOS 13 to more than 20 devices starting in 2023.
