
LG will start selling its newest laptop, the LG Ultra PC in Europe later this month. The Ultra PC series comes in two types, namely the LG Ultra PC 14U70Q which comes with a 14-inch screen and the LG Ultra PC 16U70Q which comes with a 16-inch screen.
Both laptops are powered by the latest generation AMD Ryzen processors and offer an IPS display panel with a 16:10 aspect ratio. This latest laptop has a lightweight chassis and is equipped with various other features.
The LG Ultra PC 14U70Q and LG Ultra PC 16U70Q both feature a matte finish for the screen and are both premium offerings. This laptop comes with a simple design and modern processor.
There are two processor options for this laptop, namely Ryzen 5 5625U and Ryzen 7 5825U. The AMD Ryzen 7 58250U comes with an 8-core 16-thread CPU clock speed of 4.5 GHz.
Reporting from Gizmochina (22/8), the new LG Ultra PC series has a long-lasting and reliable battery. Users are guaranteed to have a battery life of up to 21 hours for a battery with a capacity of 72 Wh.
The Ultra PC 14U70Q offers 300 nits of brightness while the 16-inch model has a peak brightness of 250 nits. Both laptops produce a resolution of 1,200p and offer 16GB LPDDR4X dual-channel RAM. The available internal storage is up to 1 TB. There are HDMI, USB-A, and USB-C ports; the 14-inch model weighs up to 300 grams lighter than the 16-inch laptop.
Full pricing details for the LG Ultra PC lineup are currently not available. This laptop model will be available this month and prices start at 1,199 euros (Rp17.9 million) for the 14-inch model. While the 16-inch laptop is sold starting with 1,399 euros (Rp20.9 million). There are no details regarding global availability for the laptop.
